Credit Card Billing
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. For your protection, your credit card information is transmitted to our secure server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

Shipping
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 2-3 business days, although some orders may take up to 7 business days to ship. You will be notified if there will be an unusual delay in shipment. Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. You will receive email notification when your order is shipped along with the method of shipment and tracking number (if applicable).

Delivery
You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5-7 days from the date shipped.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, please call us immediately to prevent shipment. Once an order has shipped, our Returns policy will apply.

Shipping & Sales Tax
Shipping is included in the product pricing. Applicable sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to addresses in North Carolina or South Carolina.

Returns & Replacements
For all returns, please call or email to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number within 3 business days of merchandise receipt. All returns must show the RMA number on the package label. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

For defective products, please include a note describing the problem and we'll gladly send a replacement to you.

For non-defective returns, in order to receive a refund, the package must be returned unopened. Refunds will be issued as a credit to your credit card less the shipping and handling charges (approx. 8%). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
